What we collect
- Account: your email, display name and a protected (hashed) password. If you link Discord, your Discord username and ID.
- Orders: what you bought, the price, the payment method, the Discord account to deliver to, and the order's timeline.
- Payments: the reference or transaction ID you give us so we can match your payment. We never see or store card numbers.
- Support: the messages and files you send in tickets.
- Security: sign-in times, a rough location (country) and your browser, so you can see and end your sessions.
Why
To deliver your orders, confirm payments, answer you, keep accounts safe and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.
Cookies and storage
One cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser also remembers your cart, currency and effects settings on your device. That is all.
We email you about your orders, tickets and account. Other news is only sent if you turn it on in your settings, and you can turn it off at any time.
Who else sees it
Our hosting (Cloudflare) and email provider process data for us. Payment providers see what they need to process a payment you make with them.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for sales records. Everything else is deleted when you delete your account.
Your choices
- Download everything we hold about you from Account settings.
- Ask us to delete your account from the same page. Order records we must keep are separated from your identity.
- Questions about your data: open a ticket.
